## Requirements

#### Internet Speed

* For the best experience: 50Mbps download, 10Mbps upload
* Minimum requirement: 10Mbps download, 2Mbps upload<br>

#### **Firewall Whitelists**

Spacecreator is designed to connect easily without any special firewall configurations being necessary.

However, in some situations, for example in a corporate environment with strict security policies, a firewall might be set up to block all unknown outbound connections, and in this case, you will need to configure the firewall to allow Spacecreator to connect out through it.<br>

These are all the IPs, Ports, and Protocols that need to be whitelisted:<br>

* DNS: app.spacecreator.io , spacecreator.io&#x20;
* IPS: 35.181.2.157 , 35.180.179.55 , 13.36.118.125&#x20;
* SecureWebSocket: 443&#x20;
* Ports TCP: 3000, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3005, 3006, 3007, 3008, 3009, 3010, 3011, 3012, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3016, 12776, 2049, 7000, 3389, 1277&#x20;
* Ports UDP: 3478-3479

* Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge & Opera GX.&#x20;
* Enable "<mark style="color:blue;">Use hardware acceleration when available</mark>" option in Google Chrome.  Go to "settings" in Google Chrome -> System and activate the option.
