In the section of general data, you will find the following information:

  • New users registered in my space

  • List of registered users

  • Total number of unique registered users

  • List of space updates and changes

  • List of roles within the space

  • Profiles of registered users

In the section of connection data, you will find the following information:

  • Date interval filter

  • User search

  • Total connections per user

  • Unique connections

  • Average connection time (in minutes)

  • Average daily connection time (in minutes)

  • Total connections per day

  • Hourly connections per day

Within the section of data about modules and elements, you will find the following information: Location heat map You will be able to see the modules and rooms where more users are concentrated through a heat map.

Outdoor modules

Within Spacecreator, there are outdoor modules and indoor modules. In this data panel, we will be able to see:

  • Module interactions: modules with the most interactions

  • Average time users spend in a module (in minutes)

  • Total time users spend in a module (in minutes)

Indoor modules

In this data panel, we will be able to see:

  • Module interactions: modules with the most interactions

  • Average time users spend in a module (in minutes)

  • Total time users spend in a module (in minutes)

Pro Elements

  • Filtering all modules to detect the Pro Element.

  • Total interactions received by a Pro Element within a module.

  • Average time per Pro Element: the average time all users spend interacting with an element (in minutes).

  • Time per element: Total time users interact with a Pro Element (in minutes).

Within the section of data about networking tools, you will find the following information:

Messages

  • Total messages sent in General Chat → Split by users

  • Total messages sent in Private Chat → Split by users

  • Total messages sent in both chats per day.

Calls

  • Total established video calls → Split by users

  • Total established voice calls → Split by users

  • Comparison of video calls vs. voice calls per day.

  • Average duration of video calls (in seconds).

Within the section of data about gamified activities, you will find the following information:

Soccer

  • Total matches played -> Start date and time of each match

  • Goals and own goals

  • Passes

  • Total shots

  • Total time possessions

  • Total shield activations

  • Total tackles

  • Total sprints: total time and average time

  • Total jumps

Quiz

  • Quiz ID filter → Game identifier

  • Player filter

  • Date filter

  • Total games played

  • Total games completed

  • Total games abandoned

  • Total playtime (minutes)

  • Average duration per game (minutes)

  • Average response time (seconds)

  • Ratio of correct, incorrect, and unanswered responses.

  • Table: Games played → User, date, and quiz ID
