Steps

If you are using safari on your Mac, when you access a virtual space in Spacecreator for the first time, you will get the following message. Select "Allow" to grant the necessary permissions.

In case you select the "Do not allow" or "Never for this site" option, you will need to access the Safari settings on your Mac. With the browser open, go to the top left corner of your Mac, select "Safari" and click on "Settings".

Once inside Safari settings, select "Websites" from the top icon bar to view the permission settings. Once selected, look for the "Camera" and "Microphone" option in the sidebar.

Safari will recognize the URL of your virtual space, in case it does not appear, do the same process with the virtual space open, do not close the tab. Now, you only have to click on the drop-down options and choose "Allow".
