Change camera & microphone permissions.

Steps

The first time you log into Spacecreator in your Google Chrome browser, a pop-up window will appear in the upper left corner requesting camera and microphone permissions. Click on "Allow".

If for some reason the pop-up window does not appear, you can click on the padlock icon on the left side of the URL bar. Here you will find the different permissions you can share with the browser: location, camera, microphone and sound. Our recommendation is to allow the use of the camera and microphone.

What can I do if I have denied permissions by mistake?

In case you deny the use of the camera and microphone, an "X" icon will appear on the right side of your browser's search bar. Select the icon and change the option to "Allow microphone and camera access". You may need to reload the page to see the permissions change.

If you do not see the changes reflected, click on the security lock on the left side of the search bar and click on "Site settings".

Selecting "Site Settings" will automatically open the Privacy and Security page that refers to the URL of your virtual space or the virtual space you want to access. In this case, the URL is gerardo.spacecreator.io which appears at the top of the screen.

Now, the only thing left to do is to grant the camera and microphone permissions. Once accepted, the browser will ask you to reload the page. This way, the next time you access this virtual space, the permissions will be maintained.
