3. How can I Amin my space?

This step will take no more than 30 seconds.

Login to your Spacecreator account at app.spacecreator.io

Click on "Admin Space".

A new window will open where you can explore everything related to your space:

  • Current Plan

  • Referral link to share with your team

  • Team Members (specify team members with access to the space and their roles)

  • Space Settings

You will also find a purple arrow to return to the space menu and a button to enter the space.

Changing Your Plan

To change your plan, click on "Manage Plan." This will open all the information about your current plan, such as the plan you are on and the number of seats currently available to you.

Scroll down and select the license you want; Pro or Business.

Free Plan

The free license comes with 25 seats and does not allow adding any extra. If you need more seats, you must upgrade to a paid license.

Once you have selected the license you wish to acquire, a pop-up will appear to add the number of seats you need.

Remember, the license charges per concurrent user*, not the total number of unique users*. (See below).

The minimum number of seats for both paid licenses, Pro and Business, is 5 seats.

Once you have selected the number of seats, click on "Update."

This will take you directly to the Stripe checkout cart.

Once you proceed to fill in your banking details, your seat and license update will automatically become available.

Changing Your Space Settings

Back in settings, click on the "Edit" for space settings.

A pop-up will appear where you can modify the following information:

  • Name of the space

  • Whether it is public or private

  • Type of activity

Next, press "Submit" to apply the changes.

Concurrent vs Unique Users

Concurrent users focus on real-time usage and capacity, while unique users offer insight into the total audience or user base over a specific timeframe.
